This week, we have definitely had spring weather with a mix of snow, rain, sun, and snow again. You never know what is going to happen, but that is spring! It makes taking the bus a very nice option.

I got a lot of things packed and have moved things in my little car. So far, I have driven 2 1/2 hours each day, Friday, Saturday, and today. One day, I loaded the car and then unloaded. The next day, I drove back down to do some more packing but got to enjoy a family relaxed afternoon in Malmö. Then, Sorin and I packed the car again and drove back up today.

We went out to eat in Malmö and while there as I was talking to my youngest step-daughter Rebecca and her daughter, we watched a snow storm blow through. After about 15 minutes, it was over. I was very glad to be indoors enjoying Indian food while we watched it snow sideways outside.

I also had a chance to work at La Soupe this past week. It was nice to do something different, and I impressed myself with all the things I accomplished. I took care of paperwork for a rental, paid bills, packed, had multiple meetings by telephone and in person, washed clothes, and worked. I always seem to get the most done when I am busy. I invited the sister missionaries on Friday, and they came by as I was closing, and I bought them lunch, and we shared some time together. One of the sisters goes home on Wednesday, so it was my last time seeing her. It was fun to see them. They have been very good at keeping in touch.

Tomorrow, they will show the apartment I am leaving. I was able to clean it up so it could be shown, and I am so glad I did. It has been such a wonderful place to be, but it is time to explore some new places. I forget how much I hate moving until I do it again and also surprised how much I have accumulated in my 15 months here in Sweden. I’m not looking forward to going through everything when I get back to the States.
