Happy fall

Minneslund nearby

I have been taking in as much of fall as possible. I go for morning walks in the cool crisp air and look at the beauty all around. It helps me start my day. I have been listening to a meditation from my health coach about changing my thoughts. Hoping to get somewhere with that. I spend a lot of time being anxious, comparing myself to others and not allowing myself to feel and not judge. It is a process I hope to master.

I have decided to write in the month of November for NAWRIMO which I participated in 2018. I wrote 50,000 words, making writing a discipline every day or most days. It is short for Novel writing month and i have been working on an idea we will see how it goes. Then we let it sit for a month and edit in January. It is an online community but there are sometimes events where people gather, talk and write together. Very supportive when it comes to writing a book. If anyone wants more information contact me or go to http://www.nawrimo.org.

City Gross in Höör

While I was in Höör visiting I stopped by my favorite store, City Gross. It is a big store and I saw they were unboxing Christmas. It was so exciting to see. Last year I was here but did not buy a lot of things as I had not planned to stay and some of what I bought I sent to the kids and grandkids. This year, I will be shopping online and having it sent direct. It cost more than the gifts otherwise.

My dear friend Malin and I went to Trollskogen just outside a small town called Dalby. It was wonderful to get out in the morning. We heard chirping birds, saw squirrels, and the crunch of leaves under foot. A small group of children where there with a bus enjoying a snack in the woods and playing in the leaves.

It was a delight to come out in nature. It felt and smelled amazing out in the forest. Real tree bathing as the Japanese say. The canopy of protection made me feel safe. It was an incredible feeling to just be out and see the beauty all around.

The trees were twisted in some places. It reminded me Sedona and the vortex energy that twists trees and bushes. The energy here was peaceful and calming. So very glad we took the time to go and bonus it was a fantastic sunny fall day.

In the evening I had dinner with my other dear friend Moa. These two people make my life so much better. Without there love and friendship I would be lost. Same with Susanne and Mia and all those I have met in my year of living here. I have been truly blessed beyond measure.

I have decided to wait and not travel home right now as I have my driver’s license to work on and some other things which need to be in order. I found out last week I can have my current apartment until the end of April and I am so grateful. I am very fortunate, very fortunate indeed to have the life, the means and flexibility I have right now. The opportunity to create a new life for myself, to learn and to grow. The growing pains are real but I am lucky.
