My days are not always interesting but I enjoy those days and appreciate them for what they are. Days like these can be comforting and I feel can take a breathe and enjoy the calm. And then I find something unexpected.

I got enjoy some time with this cute guy while my friends went shopping at the nearby mall. He had to pee on every bush and tree we passed. He has the cutest personality but definitely more energy than I have. Another reason to love cats, they require so much less. 😁 I do miss my cat Olive and got some photos of her recently from Dan. She appears to be enjoying herself.

In-between job searches and apartment hunting I am pondering what I want. I am not getting anywhere with either so I am just taking it one day at a time. If things fall into place it is meant to be, if not well then I wil figure out what’s next. Apartment has not sold so I have time yet.

I have been riding my bicycle more. Really enjoy it. It works very well to get around with and my rear end will hopefully get used to the seat after a while.

I had a surprise visitor today! My friend Maria!! We had some lunch together. I wanted to show her the roof top of the mall and to our surprise there was a dj. So we sat and enjoyed some time up there. It was comforting to hear that it took her about a year to be comfortable in Sweden again after living in the states.

I am grateful for routine days and also for the small surprises which come. I am grateful for sunshine and cool mornings. I am grateful for all that i have been able to enjoy the past 8 months and I am grateful for good friends and a loving family. May we enjoy the daily boring things as well as the fun things.
