One of my favorite things to do is people watch. Monday I went to Helsingborg to bake with my friend Bonnie. I came on an earlier train than expected so I waited in the coffee shop, ate my breakfast and watched people as I waited. Always interesting.

Bonnie and I went through her cookbooks, made a list of cookies we wanted to make and then went shopping for the ingredients. We spent the rest of the afternoon baking together. We didn’t get everything made on our list but we did make a lovely mess and had a fun time.

I came home late on the train, exhausted but happy she invited me and glad I went. I came home with a few to share and eat.

Tuesday I had my friend Eivor over for a Christmas lunch. She brought me a beautiful orchid and a weaving she had made some years ago. I had no idea she was a weaver. There are always new things to learn about people.

On my way to the friends meeting it started to snow and when I left there was a light dusting. It was very beautiful. I felt good and sometime during the night I felt a shudder or a strong wave of energy through my body. It was as if the energy was shifting through me. Not sure what it meant but I definitely felt it.

Keeping myself busy and hoping it will keep me from falling apart. I am fortunate to be doing what I am, meeting and making new friends and living life in a completely different way than I ever imagined. I am truly blessed and may we never be too busy to spend time with our loved ones.
